There are at least eight types of role
that managers take on at work. Peter Farey's Leadership self-assessment instrument identifies your Leader/Manager Type. It shows you the assumptions, characteristics and beliefs that affect how you prefer to work with others. There are no right or wrong answers!

The map that you print out is used in the Debrief Session in conjunction with your Profile. It gives you an understanding of how your individual style preference may affect the way in which you lead your team.
